How To Schedule A Meeting In Outlook 2016, 2019 or 365 Windows Computer? 

If you want to set up a meeting invitation in Outlook 365, 2021 or another application version, please follow the instructions below.  

  • Open the outlook Application on the windows computer. (Click Start >> All Apps >> Outlook).
  • Now Click on the Home Tab.
  • Click on the New Items option from the tray.
  • Click on the New Meeting Option. 
  • Click On The Scheduling.
  • Now Select the Tool for the meeting, SKYPE Or Team Meeting. It entirely depends upon you. You can choose any tool, whichever your office employees use. 
  • Enter the Meeting attendees email address, who will attend the email meeting.
  • Enter the other information like- Meeting subject, body etc. 
  • Now select the date, Start time, end time, and location
  • If you also want to attach a file to the outlook meeting section, you can click on the insert button and then click on the attached file
  • Finally, Click on the send button. 

How To Schedule Online Meeting in outlook webmail? 

If you want to schedule a meeting through Hotmail/Outlook mail live account. You can easily do that by following the procedure given below. 

  • Open the browser on your computer. 
  • Go to the outlook.com website. 
  • Sign in to the Outlook/Hotmail account. 
  • Once you get into the outlook live mailbox, you need to click on the calendar tab.
  • Here, you need to click on the new event
  • Enable the Team meeting to enable the tool
  • Now Enter the meeting details.
  • Click on the send button. 

If you want to have a quick meeting, you can click on the meet now button available in the top menu. You need to click on the join meeting and copy the meeting link here.

Now send it to the people who want to join the meeting.

How To Setup the Meeting In outlook mac application? 

  • Open the outlook application on mac. 
  • Click on the home button.
  • click on the meeting
  • Select the tool for a meeting, skype or Team meeting
  • Enter the attendees’ information, Meeting subject and other details. 
  • Now select the date & Time
  • Finally, press the send button. 

Once you press the send button, the meeting notification will go to all attendees.

If they do not have a required tool for joining the meeting, they will get a link to download that tool. 

What is Outlook Meeting Assistance Feature?

Outlook meeting assistance is a feature in the Outlook 365 or exchange server.

That allows you to schedule or create a room finder in the outlook mail. To use that feature, you have to click on the outlook feature.
