The process to scan the documents or images from windows 10 or 11 computer-

Method 1- scan through windows fax & scan on windows 11 or another os- 

1. Power on the brother machine. 
2. Put the paper on the brother scanner flatter. 
3. Connect the brother printer to the computer. 
4. Click on the windows search box accessible from the taskbar. 
5. Type windows fax and scan. 
6. Once you see the windows fax & scan app in the search box, click on it. 
7. Press the new scan button. 
8. Choose the brother scanner and then choose the file type. If it is an image, select JPEG or png. If you are scanning the document, set it as a pdf. 
9. Now press the scan button. 

Finally, your windows computer will start scanning the documents from the brother computer. 

Method 2- Scan through brother utility tool –
