- The cartridge should be compatible with the printer. So before buying the cartridge, you should check the printer model number and cartridge and model number. They should be compatible with each other.
- Never use the third party or refilled ink cartridge. These cartridges do not contain the standard quality of ink. So they can damage the printer. Also, some new canon printers do not support this kind of cartridge.
- Always buy the ink cartridge from trusted sources. There are some third-party websites available on the internet, which are offering duplicate ink cartridges. These cartridges can damage your printer.
How To Replace the cartridge on Canon TS3522 or TR4520?
If you use the canon T series printer like- canon TS-3522 or TR4520, Please use this manual to replace the ink cartridge.
- Unbox the ink cartridge.
- Remove the protection tap & plastics from the cartridge, do not touch the electronic chip.
- Now Power off the canon printer.
- Open the printer’s front cover.
- Pulldown the ink cartridge until you hear the unlock (click) sound.
- Now remove the empty cartridge gently.
- Now insert a new cartridge and click on the ok button.
Finally, you can reboot the printer now. It will start working fine on your device.
How To Refill The Ink Toner On Canon Printer?
If you are using the canon ink tank printer. Then you can easily refill the tank by using the guide given below.
- Power off the canon printer.
- Now open the cartridge toner cover.
- Refill the ink tank on the canon printer.
- Close the cover now.
- Restart the printer.
Note- When you refill the ink tank on the canon printer, Please make sure that you are using the branded ink only.
How to find the ink status on the canon printer?
If you are using a windows computer, you can easily find the status by following the instructions below.
- Power on the canon printer and computer.
- Now open the canon printer driver on your computer.
- Click on the maintenance tab.
- Press the View Printer status option.
- Here, you can see the estimated ink levels.
How do you refill the ink cartridges?
You can refill the ink cartridge with the help of a syringe. But I don’t recommend that anyone use the refill cartridge because they will damage your printer in the long run.
How To reset the ink cartridge on the canon printer?
When your canon printer is not recognizing the new ink cartridge, you have to reset the ink cartridge on the canon printer. You need to press and hold the reset button on your printer for 10 seconds. Now release the button once you see the reset cartridge message. Click on the yes option.
Where is the Reset button on my canon printer?
There is no physical reset button available on the printer. However, there is an option to reset the printer by the control panel. To do that, you need to open the setup. Now click on the factory reset option. Here, you need to click on the reset to factory default.
