I am going through a strange problem with my netgear nighthawk router. it has a flashing orange light. but If I open the facebook website. I can easily access it on my smartphone. but the problem is facebook is loading very slow.
Also, I cannot access other websites like- google, microsoft etc.

Hi, It looks like the internet is not working on your device. the facebook feed is loading because of the app cache. So you need to check a few things on your router and let me know. So I can assist you in troubleshooting the problem.
1. first of all, you need to check the internet connection on your router. what color of light can you see on the Internet status?
2. If you are getting the orange light on the router, what is the status of Link/Glob/ Internet light on the DSL/ ADSL modem?
3. If internet is working on the router. what is the speed of it.

Hello Micheal,
As I far as I can understand, it seems like you are not getting internet from the backend. that's why you are having trouble in accessing the website.
