If you have no sound from internal speakers on lenovo laptop. do not worry, Mostly, this is a software related issue. which can be fixed by changing the default output device.

    • Press Windows + X button on your computer.
    • Click on the settings >> Click on the System from the left menu
    • Here, you need to select Sound option and then click on the internal speaker.
    • Press set as default button.

Once you will set the speakers as default playback. you need to restart the computer. After that, you need to play something on your laptop. you should be getting the sound.
If that doesn’t work, you need to reinstall the audio driver. it will start working fine for you then.

That’s it you should be getting the sound from your lenovo laptop. in case, if you are still dealing with same problem. Please let me know.
