- Try using WiFi on your phone or another laptop.
- If they also have no internet, the issue is with your router or ISP.

- Forget and Reconnect to WiFi
- Click on the WiFi icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Find your WiFi network, right-click, and select Forget.

- Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall.
- Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off.
- Select Turn off for both private and public networks.

- Check Proxy and VPN Settings
If you're using a VPN or proxy, try turning them off.

- Go to Proxy and turn off Use a proxy server.
