If your brother printer not connecting to the wireless network. you should check the following settings.

  • First of all, you need to check the wireless password. make sure that the password is correct.
  • Let's make sure that you are trying to connect with the Correct SSID.
  • Reboot the router and printer once.
  • Let's try to connect through WPS feature.

If you know your password but your brother machine is still not connecting, you need to reset the network settings and then try to connect it again by using the WPS or network key.

Hi, It seems like you are trying to connect through WPS Setup. in this case, you have to press the WPS button on your router as well. otherwise, printer will not sync to the router.

Also, if you can try to connect your printer through manual setup. here are the guide to do that.

  1. Press the menu button on your printer.
  2. Go to the Network >> WLAN >> setup wizard.
  3. Select the wireless name from the list.
  4. Now enter the wifi password and press ok button.

Wait for confirmation. once you will see  green/blue light on your printer. it means, your connection is successful, you may now print your documents from other devices in the network.
