Fix Brother Printer Says Reload Paper Even It has paper?

It looks like the paper tray is not aligned properly or the papers are not aligned in the tray. So first of all, you need to remove the tray. Now make sure that the paper is stacked neatly.

Finally, reinsert the tray. Make sure it clicks into place.

Sometimes the sensors in the printer can’t detect the paper properly if the tray isn't positioned correctly.

Once you will reinsert the tray. You also you need to reboot the printer once. So sensers can reset themselves and detect the tray.

Sometimes, Brother printer shows no paper error because of the sensor issue. Probably, the paper senser is dirty. So you need to clean the sensor with the soft paper or clothes. Also, if you have a hair dryer or blower, you can use the compress air to clean it.

Here are the process to do that.

• Unplug the printer from power.
• Also, disconnect the USB connection if connected to.
• Now open the top cover.
• Now clean the dust from your printer with the help of cloth or compress air from rollers and all equipment's.
• After cleaning the rollers, you need to clean the cards and sensors with the help of soft cloth.
• Now close the cover and then plug the power.

Once you will turn on the printer. It will start detecting the paper. In case, if printer is still not detecting the paper, you need to follow the same procedure again to clean up the printer.  

@ajaydigilaps tried cleaning the printer sensors. It worked fine for me for a while but now it is showing me same error again. 

Also, this time there is no dust on my machine. when i give the print command, the roller moves and then it shows no paper error. 

If that didn't work, this could be a problem with the printer firmware. So first, you should try to update the firmware.

 If that doesn't work, you need to reset the printer to the factory settings. it will start working fine.
