  • Go to the Gmail.com & Sign Into The Gmail Account.
  • Now click on Compose.
  • Now type the Recipients And Subject in the compose mail.
  • Type your Message In The Body.
  • Now open the MS Excel or Google Drive File.
  • Create your Table Here.
  • After creating the table, you must select the content by pressing the CTRL + A button.
  • Press the CTRL + C to copy the Table.
  • Now go back to the compose box.
  • Paste the Table on the Gmail account.

Method 2- Use Table+ Extension Google Chrome – 

Apart from the Google sheet or MS excel, you can also insert the Table via chrome extensions. There are several extensions available in the chrome store. Through this, you can create or import the Table in chrome.
