    I don’t know what went wrong but I am unable to get new emails on my Yahoo mail account? every time, when I open the inbox, it shows me older emails only. there is no New email. how do I fix it?

    If you cannot receive new emails on the yahoo mail account, you need to check the spam folder. Sometimes, emails might mistakenly land in the spam or trash folders. Here’s how to fix this:

    If you can’t receive new emails from yahoo mail account, you need to check the blocked address list.
    Probably, you have blocked the sender. that’s why you cannot receive the emails.

    • Let’s sign into the yahoo mail account.
    • Click on the settings button and then click on the more settings.
    • Here, you need to click on the Security & privacy
    • Finally, you will see the blocked address list. Here you need to check the email address.
    • If you see the senders email address in the blocked list, you need to delete it.

    Whenever you are not receiving emails on your yahoo mail account, you should wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes, yahoo mail servers might be flooded with the traffic. Due to which, you might see delay in email transportation.

    • First of all, you need to check the junk/spam folder on your account. Are you getting new emails over there? You need to click on the mail that you can see in the inbox and then click on the not spam.
    • Let’s open the blocked list on your yahoo account, and check that you haven’t blocked the sender or domain. If so, you need to unblock them.
    • Please make sure that there is no active filter available on your yahoo mail account, if there is any filter active, you need to deactivate it.
    • Let’s check the yahoo mail server status in your zone. Sometimes, users are unable to get new emails because of the server issues. So ensure that the email is working fine.
    • Sometimes, you can’t receive emails because of the browser issue. So you need to clear the browser cache and app cache.
