I have a lenovo ideapad laptop with windows 11 pro Os. Earlier I was getting sound from it. but from today, I can see the red cross on the speaker icon at the bottom taskbar. If I Hover on it, it shows me an error that say’s “No audio output device installed”. meanwhile, I have a built in speakers on my lenovo laptop.
Also, I tried using earphones but it keeps showing me same error. Can you help me in fixing this error?November 21, 2024 at 7:28 am #1475Ajay RathaurModerator::If you are getting no audio output device installed error on your laptop. it means, that the audio driver is not available on your computer.
Sometimes, This error may also appear when driver is corrupted. In both situation, I will suggest you to run audio troubleshooter problem. it will automatically resolve the problem.
- First of all, you need to go to the settings (press windows + X button)

once you will make these changes into your lenovo laptop. it will start working fine. In case, if this doesn’t work out, you need to uninstall the sound driver. now install a new driver from lenovo official website.
