is yahoo mail shutting down soon. because, I am having lot’s of problem with my yahoo account. Also, I have complained about my errors two many times. but yahoo never replies back on the concern.
No yahoo doesn’t have any plan to go away anytime soon. but yes! I agree there service quality is getting poor day by day. Not only you, there are so many users complaining about email problems every day.
Meanwhile yahoo support team is not focusing on customer service team appropriately.Do to which, many people have also moved themselves to other service providers like- Gmail, outlook or aol. if you are also facing the same problem, you can also look for another better option.
Yahoo Mail is not shutting down. The service continues to operate and provide email solutions to millions of users worldwide. There may be changes in features or updates, but Yahoo has no announced plans to discontinue Yahoo Mail.
In recent years, Yahoo Mail has made some updates, including removing older features or shifting to premium options. However, these changes are to improve the service, not end it.
