I’ve been using Yahoo Mail for a while now, and I recently realized that my email signature is outdated. I need to update it with my new contact details and a more professional touch. However, I can’t seem to figure out where or how to make the changes in the settings.

Does anyone know the exact steps to change the email signature in Yahoo Mail? Can I customize it with formatting, like adding links or images, or is it plain text only?

You can easily change the email signature on your yahoo mail account by following these steps.

1. First of all, you need to open the web browser and go to the yahoo mail website.
2. Now enter the email address and password in the login page and then click on the sign in button.
3. Once you will logged into the yahoo mail account, you need to click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Now select More settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Select writing email option from the left menu, and scroll to reach to the signature section.
5. Choose the signature that you want to edit.
6. Finally, you can make the changes into your email signature and then click on the save changes.
   Once you will save the settings, your signature will be changed.

If you want to create an email signature on yahoo mail on iphone or ipad. you can use this guide.

• Open the yahoo mail app on your iphone
• Tap on the menu and then go to the settings
• Here, you will see a signature section, you need to create your email signature by using this section
• Once you will create the signature, click on the done button

That’s it your signature has been created on the yahoo mail account. Now if you will send any email through iphone or ipad, those signatures will automatically added into your message.
