    I am no longer able to get into my Gmail account because of error code 502. Whenever I try to open the Gmail.com website. it should be my this error.

    Generally, Users are getting error code 502 because of the browser issues. so you need to clear the browser cache. after that, you should try to access the yahoo mail account again.

    Whenever you see 502 bad gateway error while loading the Gmail website. Simply, clear the browser cache and update it. it will start working fine on your device. here are the guide to clear the cookies and cache data for google chrome browser.

    • Open the browser
    • Type chrome://history in the url box and press enter button
    • Now click on the delete browsing data option.
    • Select all browsing data and time frame should be all time
    • Click on the clear data button.

    That’s it once you will clear the browsing data, you may go ahead and reload the Gmail website. It should be working fine. if it is still not working, please let me know. I will suggest you some more quick guides.

    A weak internet connection or DNS issues can also cause the 502 Bad Gateway error. Sometimes, problem can be resolve by rebooting the networking devices. So you need to unplug your router for 30 seconds and plug it back in. So you need to make the following changes to troubleshoot this error.

    • First of all, you need to check the internet connection. Ensure your internet is stable and working properly by visiting other websites.
    • Let’s change DNS Settings on your account. To do that, you need to follow these instructions.
    • Open the network adapters window (Run >> ncpa.cpl >> Ok)
    • Right click on the network adapter and go to the properties.
    • Select the IP4/Ip6 network protocol and then click on the properties again.
    • In the DNS section, you need to update these address.
    • Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
    • Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
    • Once you will update the dns address, you need to click Ok. Finally, you need to reboot the computer.

    After making these changes, reload Gmail to see if the issue is resolved.
