First of all, you need to check the internet connection. Ensure your internet is stable and working properly by visiting other websites.

Let’s change DNS Settings on your account. To do that, you need to follow these instructions.

Open the network adapters window (Run >> ncpa.cpl >> Ok)

Right click on the network adapter and go to the properties.

Select the IP4/Ip6 network protocol and then click on the properties again.

In the DNS section, you need to update these address.

Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
Once you will update the dns address, you need to click Ok. Finally, you need to reboot the computer.
After making these changes, reload Gmail to see if the issue is resolved.
