Whenever you want to take a screenshot of some important information. I would suggest you to use windows snipping tool. this tool is really helpful in taking the screenshot of specific section.
For Windows 11, use the Snipping Tool shortcut by pressing Windows + Shift + S. This allows you to take rectangular, freeform, or full-screen screenshots.
- Let’s Search for Snipping Tool in the Windows search bar and open it.
- Click on New to start taking a screenshot.
- Use your mouse to drag and select the area you want to capture.
- The captured screenshot will appear in the Snipping Tool editor.
- You can annotate, edit, and save the image by clicking on File > Save As.
