Hi,
I had a similar issue with my laptop. I tried to update the audio driver and changed the default playback settings. But nothing worked at all.
After having lots of hustle, I decided to restore my laptop to the factory settings. if you are also going through same problem on your laptop. you may also reset the laptop. to do that, you need to follow the instructions given below.
- Open the Settings window on your laptop
- Click on the systems and then go to the recovery option.
- Press reset Pc button
- Choose keep my files option
- Choose cloud reinstall option.
