Let’s install another browser on your computer. Now open the gmail account on this browser. Let’s see if it allows you to do that or not.
If it allows you to do so, It means, this is a problem with the browser, so you need to reset the existing browser.
- Open the browser on your computer
- Click on the menu >> Settings
- Now click on the advanced button >> Click on the Reset browser
- Press reset browser to factory default option
once you will restore the browser, you may now try to access the device again. It will start working fine on your device.
