If you can’t receive new emails from yahoo mail account, you need to check the blocked address list.
Probably, you have blocked the sender. that’s why you cannot receive the emails.
- Let’s sign into the yahoo mail account.
- Click on the settings button and then click on the more settings.
- Here, you need to click on the Security & privacy
- Finally, you will see the blocked address list. Here you need to check the email address.
- If you see the senders email address in the blocked list, you need to delete it.
