If you cannot receive new emails on the yahoo mail account, you need to check the spam folder. Sometimes, emails might mistakenly land in the spam or trash folders. Here’s how to fix this:
- Open Yahoo Mail and check both Spam and Trash folders.
- If you find the missing emails, select them and click “Not Spam” or move them to your inbox.
- Next, check your Filters by navigating to Settings > More Settings > Filters. Filters might be redirecting your emails to unintended folders. If so, edit or delete them.
