Why Is My Brother Printer printing blank pages

Usually, Brother machine prints blank pages because of the low ink toner issue. Meanwhile, there could be several other reasons behind it like- printhead clogging, nozzle check and other print settings.

However, if you will follow the instructions given below, it will resolve the blank page problem.

Step 1: Check the ink level –

First of all, you need to check the ink level on your printer. Make sure that it has enough ink to print the document. If the ink is low, you need to replace the cartridge/ toner. To check the ink level, you need to click on the instructions given below:

1. Open the menu.
2. Go to the ink
3. Select ink volume.
4. Click on the ok button.

Now you will be able to see how much ink is remaining in the toner cartridge.

Note:  these options may vary depend on the printer models.

Step 2: Disable keep printed documents:

If you have enough ink remaining in the toner, you need to check the printer driver settings. most probably, you have activated the keep printed documents. That’s why it is giving you the output of blank pages.

• Open the printer control panel.
• Go to the printer properties.
• Here, you need to click on the advanced option.
• Let’s uncheck the keep printed document.
• Now go to the Click Print Processor
• Select winprint option for print processor.
• In the default data type, select raw option.
• Click on the ok button.

Now you can try to print the documents. It will start working fine.

Step 3 – Reinstall the printer driver –

If your printer keeps printing blank pages after changing these settings, this could happen due to the incorrect printer settings.

So you should uninstall the current printer driver from your computer. Now install the new driver. Your device will start working fine.
