I am unable to print double side paper from my brother monochrome printer. whenever I give it a print command. It shows me a blank page error only. Can you assist me in troubleshooting this error.

Please make sure that you have turned on the Duplex printing from printing preference. If you don't know how to do that. you can follow the instructions given below.
- Go to the settings on your windows phone.
- Click on the printers and scanners.
- Select the brother printer from the list.
- Click on the printing preferences.
- Enable 2 side or duplex printing on your device.
- Click on the Ok or apply button.
After enabling the duplex printing, you need to restart the printer. it will start working fine.

Before we go ahead and talk about troubleshooting steps. I need to know something about your printer.
May I know what type of printer is this? Is it a automatic duplex printer or manual duplex printer?
Please if you don’t know much about technical terms. Please explain, what is the model number of printer? I will automatically find the printer and then suggest you the solution accordingly.
