Brother printer keeps showing offline on windows 11

Generally, Brother printer shows offline when USB wire is not connected properly. So you need to disconnect the USB wire from your printer and computer. Now reconnect it again.

Also, you need to reboot the printer and computer. 

Once you will reboot the computer you should print something again. Let's see if it is coming online now or not?

I have already checked the USB wire connection. It is connected properly. Also, I changed the Slot. It is still showing offline on my pc. Meanwhile, If I connect it to my another computer through same USB wire. It works fine. 

It looks like you haven't chosen brother printer as a default printer. that's why you are getting offline error while printing.

So you need to go to the printers & scanners settings, and set your brother USB printer as a default machine. 

• Right-click on the windows button in the taskbar. 
• Click on the Settings option. 
• Press Bluetooth & devices from left settings menu. 
• Click on the Printers & Scanners option. 
• Tap on the Brother Printer property.
• Click on the Set as default button.

Once you will set your printer as default machine, you need to give a test print. It should be printing now. 

If your brother printer doesn’t come online, you should remove the printer, and then re-add the printer again.

1. Go to the settings.
2. Click on the Bluetooth and devices.
3. Click on the printers and scanners.
4. Select the brother printer and then click on the Remove button.
5. After removing the printer, you need to click on the Add a device button.
6. Now your computer will start scanning for your printer, once it will show your printer, you need to click on the add device button.

Finally, your printer will add your printer again, you need to print the document again.
