I am unable to access the Gmail account on the Google chrome. meanwhile, It is working fine on the Gmail app. whenever I go to the Gmail.com website.
It keeps keeps showing me a loading sign with blank page but nothing comes up. Even I waited for 5 minutes.
Can you tell me what is blocking the google chrome to load the content from Gmail and how can I fix it?

Usually, Gmail is not working on the google chrome because of the cookies or cache problem. probably, there is some old cookies that is clashing the Gmail account.
So you need to clean up your browser after that, you should reload the Gmail website. it should start working fine on your device. In case, if you don't know much about how to clear the cookies or cache files on the google chrome. you can follow the instructions given below.
- First of all, you need to open the google chrome browser.
- Click on the menu.
- Now click on the Settings.
- Here, you need to click on the privacy and security >> Press Delete browsing data.
- Select all cookies option and then click on the clear data option.
Once you will clear the browsing data, you need to reload the Gmail account.
