How to troubleshoot Asus laptop wifi not working problem?

Generally, Asus users can't connect their laptop with wireless network because of the incorrect user details. But in your case, I feel like your network is already saved in your windows pc with old credentials. that's why it is not letting you connect with the wireless network. 

So you need to forget the network and then retry to connect with the wireless network by using the correct password. here are the details to do that. 

• Let's click on the network/ wireless icon available in the bottom right corner. 
• Right-click on the wireless name and then forget option. 
• Now click on the wireless name again, and then click on the connect button. 
• Please enter your network password and then click on the connect button. 

It should be connected to the wireless network name now.
